Products and Version Impacted
We’ve identified an issue impacting shared calendars within the Litify platform. It appears that some users have reported an inability to access certain shared calendars within their firm’s org.
Currently there is no known workaround for this issue. However, we’ve found that for firms experiencing this issue it often fixes itself within a few business days.
We’ve reached out to Salesforce Support to assist us with investigating and resolving this issue. If a workaround is found we’ll be sure to update this article with more information.
