Users can define Statute of Limitations for each case type (per each case state) your firm handles. The limitations you set auto-populate the Statute Of Limitations field on all new matters in the selected state and case type.

How to Manage the Statue of Limitations Object

Admins can use this article to manage the access and setup of Statute of Limitation records. This includes adding the object to page layouts as well as managing its record types and fields.

  • Litify Power User: Can Create, Edit, View, and Delete Statute of Limitations records
