Case types in Litify are used to populate Case Type fields on referrals, intakes, and matters. Case types allow you to gather data and create reports to track performance at your firm.
How to Create Custom Case Types
- Log in to Litify.
- Navigate to App Launcher > Case Types.
- Select New.
- Input a Case Type Name.
- Check Is Available.
- Map the Case Type to an LRN Case Type. This is required to sync cases. If no case type matches, you can select Other.
The Case Type is now available for selection in Intakes, Matters, and Referrals. Cases using this Case Type appear in LRN with the mapped case type.
