You can save emails in your inbox to Litify and assign them to certain objects.
How to Save an Email to Litify
- Log in to Outlook.
- Navigate to an email.
- Open Inbox.
- Select Save.
- Search for a record to link the email to. This can be a party, a matter, an intake, etc. In this example I've linked it to the Salesforce user, Lawrence.
- Enable/Disable attachment inclusion. In this example, the attachment is merely an email signature and does not need to be saved.
- Save. Once saved, the email is marked with a green saved message.
You can change the email's subject to clearly indicate the contents of the email when saving it to Litify. This is done by updating the Subject input in Other Fields.
