View Saved Email in Litify

You can open a saved email from your inbox and view it in Litify. 

How to View a Saved Email in Litify

  1. Log in to Outlook.
  2. Navigate to an email.
  3. Open Inbox
  4. Select View it
  5. Select the New Tab icon.
  6. Log in to Salesforce to view the record. 

You can also review the record details from within your inbox without opening Litify. Toggle between the Details and Related tab to review and edit information.
