Admins can configure Case Qualification Criteria (CQC) to perform processes that affect intake record field values and questionnaire navigation. Think of CQC as conditions that question answers are validated against. CQC is not required to build a questionnaire, however establishing CQC for a questionnaire greatly enhances questionnaire performance.

CQC evaluates question answers when a user presses Next within a questionnaire.
How to Enable CQC Validation
The Check CQC? field must be enabled on a questionnaire from the Questionnaire Builder.
