Some network environments are locked down via a Firewall, or allow only approved IP addresses inbound to their internal network. Admins can approve IP addresses from Salesforce Setup.
Litify Inbox Azure Servers will be reconfigured on January 5th, 2022. Before this date all Admins need to add new Litify Inbox IP addressed both to Litify organization and to their Firewall (if any). After January 5th, the Litify Inbox IP ranges from this article, if were allowlisted in Litify previously, must be removed. To find more about the new IP addresses to allowlist, please see this related article.
IP Allow List Table
Include the following IP addresses to ensure the Litify Inbox integration allows logins from within a user's mailbox.
This applies to firm firewalls for Inbox to load within your network; and trusted IP ranges on Salesforce if you only allow connected apps login only via the trusted ranges.
