Managers and Admins can reassign tasks in Litify from the Litify Setup app.
How to Reassign Task Ownership
- Log in to Litify.
- Navigate to App Launcher > Litify Setup.
- Choose the Current User that owns the tasks you must reassign.
- Choose a New User to own the reassigned tasks.
- Tasks owned by the Current User populate in the table. Select all tasks you want to reassign.
- Select Update to reassign tasks.
Additional Considerations
• Completed tasks do not get reassigned.
• Only default matter tasks that are assigned to a matter team role are reassigned to a new user, so make sure you define a matter team role on all default matter tasks.
