How do I find the client's contact information on a new referral?
When you receive a new referral, you can view the case type and location, but you cannot see the client’s name or contact information until you investigate the case. In the Client tab, you can only see “Hidden until accepted.”
When you investigate a case, you receive an automated email with the client’s information. The client’s information automatically appears in case details, and the client’s name appears beneath the client tab.
Once you have investigated a case, locate the complete client Information in case details. Access case details by clicking the case's Reference Number or choosing View Details in the More dropdown list.
