Total Calls and Last Called At
Logging calls populates the Total Calls field and Last Called At fields on the intake. Use these fields to keep track of how often intake agents are following up with leads.
Log a Call
1. Navigate to an intake.
2. Click Log a Call in the activity section.
3. Review the Total Calls field and Last Called At fields. Build reports to track this information and begin gathering key intake metrics in your firm.
