Litify supports numerous features across all Litify products on mobile. Use the Salesforce1 mobile application to access Litify on mobile. This guide covers the processes Litify supports on mobile. Some actions and activities are not available on mobile, so review this guide for information about what is available. Follow the setup guide to add, rearrange, and delete components from your Litify mobile org.

Locate all features, tools, and applications in the side menu. Click any of them to navigate to a list of that record type. This menu contains access to Chatter, Today, Tasks, Notes, Referrals, Intakes, Matters, Case Types, Parties, Matter Team Roles, Task Types, Firms, Sources, Matter Plans, Questionnaires, DICE Queues, Time Entries, Logs, DICE Logs, Default Matter Teams, Contacts, Files, Litify Docs, Questionnaire Output, and Questions.

Litify Referrals


Edit, update, and delete referrals
Perform all Litify Actions
Create events, add tasks, and log calls

Note: You cannot create new referrals on mobile.

Litify Intakes


Create, edit, update, and delete intakes
Add, navigate, and complete questionnaires
Perform all Litify Actions
Create events, add tasks, and log calls

This image contains an intake on Litify mobile. Use the row of buttons at the bottom to edit the intake, delete the intake, or access other components such as questionnaires and Litify Actions.

Litify Matters


Create, edit, update, and delete matters
Navigate matter plans
Edit matter tasks on matter plans
Create and edit matter plans
Create and edit default matter teams
Create matter task types
Create events, add tasks, and log calls

At present, you cannot add tasks to matter stages.

Time Entries


Add, edit, and delete time entries on matters
Run the stopwatch to keep track of the exact amount of time you work on a matter

Litify Actions

Litify supports all Litify Actions on mobile. Look for the  User-added image button below referral, intake, and matters. Click the button to access the available actions. This button might be within the Show More section on some records.

DICE Queues


Create, edit, and update DICE queues.
Access DICE Log records.

 

Sources


Create, edit, update, and delete sources.

 

Questionnaires


Create, edit, update, and delete questionnaires.
Navigate and complete questionnaires on intakes.

Look for the lom9.png button on the toolbar beneath intakes. Click the button to access the questionnaires. Click the left and right arrows to navigate between questionnaires and add questionnaires to an intake or matter.

Notes


Create, edit, update, and delete notes.

 

Parties


Delete, edit, and update parties on Litify on mobile. You cannot create new parties.
Create events, add tasks, and log calls
