Administrators can reset a User's password if the User is unable to do so. If a User forgets their password and is unable to log in, an admin must complete this process:
1. Navigate to Setup.
2. Search for Users in Quick Find Box, then select it.
3. Click the checkbox next to the user whose password you are changing.
4. Click Reset Password.
5. Click OK.
6. A new password will be sent to the user via email.
