Your Primary Contact’s information is listed in the Case Details of all sent referrals.
1. In Firm Settings, click the Firm Members tab. Locate the user you are setting as the primary contact. Beneath the Actions tab, click Manage Users.
2. In the Manage User window, click the Primary Contact button to switch it to ON. Click Save.
3. In Firm Members, the Primary Contact? tab now displays the Primary Contact image.
Note: If your firm does not have a primary contact selected, your Referring Firm Contact information is left blank when handling firms view a referral you sent, as shown here:
