Follow this guide to grant login access to your account to the Litify Support team so Litify can enter your org and troubleshoot bugs and review issues. Granting the Litify Support team access to your account allows us to see the exact cause of an issue in your specific org and resolve the issue completely. You must choose an access duration. This is the only way to grant our support team direct access to your organization.
- Select your avatar in the upper-right corner and click Settings.
- Select Grant Account Login Access in the sidebar.
- In Grant Access To, locate Litify LLC Support. In Access Duration determine the length of time Litify will have access to your account. You can grant access to Litify for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month.
Change Access Duration
To change access duration, click Change next to the expiration date and select a new duration. Save your changes.
