Litify template org includes several predefined profiles and permissions sets designed to match common law firm titles and responsibilities. Administrators assign profiles to users for a quick and easy setup process.

Litify also supports fully customized levels of  access for firms with more specific requirements.

Note: Litify Standard User and Litify Power User are the only two profiles in the Litify managed package. The rest of these profiles exist only in the template org used in trials and setting up new orgs.

Litify Profiles

Intakes Agents can view but not manage public reports, dashboards, list views, documents, or email templates.

Users with this profile have access to the Litify Intakes, Litify Matters, and Litify Referrals Pro apps. They can read, create, edit and  delete Parties, Intakes, Matters, Referrals, and several related objects (including Expenses, Time Entries, and Roles) but have read-only access to most admin/configuration records.
