Litify Referrals has a system of automated emails to keep everyone informed of a case throughout its lifetime. This system ensures you do not lose track of any cases or agreements. 

If you are an administrator at your firm, you receive an automated email every time your firm receives a new referral, and every time a case is turned down, declined, signed up, or updated.

If you are a member, you receive an automated email every time one of your cases is signed up, declined, or updated. If a member has BCC on All Emails privileges, they receive all administrator emails as well.
