Complete these steps when a member of your firm clicks Send to Admin when creating a new referral.
1. On your outbound referrals page, locate the new case. Below the Actions tab, click Requires Action.
2. Review the case information, and click Choose a Handling Firm.
3. Fill out the "Choose a Handling Firm" window. Click Next.
4. Fill out the "Referral Settings" window the same way you would with any new referral. Click Next. Review and send your referral.
