Follow these steps to update the status of a case to won and inform the originating firm of your success.
1. Locate the case in your active referrals. Click Update beneath the Actions tab.
2. Complete the "Update Referral" window.
a. In the Change Status? dropdown list choose Won.
b. Enter the amount won for the case.
c. Select the date of status change.
d. Add any additional comments.
e. Click Update.
Updating a case's status sends an automated email to the administrators of the originating firm, the assigned member of the handling firm, and the administrators of the handling firm.
