In Litify Referrals, the two types of users are members and administrators. Members can complete any task involved with a referral assigned to them. Administrators can complete any task on any referral. 

Administrators can set customized privileges for members. For more information about setting privileges: Change User Roles and Privileges.

**Referral Management privilege gives users this privilege. 

***Administrators cannot investigate referrals sent directly to a member of their firm from the originating firm. The assignee must first investigate it before any other action can be taken on the case.
