When an originating firm refers a case directly to a member of your firm, the member receives an automated email along with every administrator at your firm. This member can investigate the referral directly from the automated email to save time and begin working on a case immediately.


1. The email contains all of the case information along with the option to View Case or Decline. Click View Case

2. Review the basic case information and the originating firm’s information on the case details page. You can Investigate or Decline the case.

Note: You have to investigate a case to view the client's contact information.
