Follow this process to decline a received referral when you decide it is not right for your firm.
 

1. Navigate to your received referral. Click the More dropdown list on the case you're declining. Click Decline

2. Select the reason for declining the referral from the dropdown list on the "Decline Referral" window. Click Decline.

3. The case no longer appears on your inbound referrals.


This process sends an automated email notifying the originating firm of your decision, and updates the case status.
