You have the option to turn down a referral after investigating it and before signing it up.
1. Locate the case in your inbound referrals page. In the More dropdown menu, click Turn Down.
2. Select a reason for declining the referral from the dropdown list on the "Decline Referral" window. Click Decline.
This removes the case from your inbound referrals, and automatically notifies the originating firm of your decision to decline the case.
