The All Tasks tab in Litify Matters displays all tasks on every matter based on assigned user. By default, the All Tasks tab displays all tasks assigned to the current user. Add one or more users in the Input User Names field to see more matter tasks. Each page displays twenty tasks. Navigate to further pages with the Next button at the bottom.

A. Select one or many users in the Input User Names field to display those users' assigned tasks. If you leave this field blank, you will see all tasks assigned to the current user.
B. Filter the tasks by any of the fields displayed on the table: Name, Due Date, Assignee, Status, Stage, Priority, Repeat, Related Matter.
C. This link is the display name of the matter where this task was added.
D. Click the note icon to add a note or view notes added to this task. When this icon is gray, there is no note on this task. When this icon is blue, there is a note.
E. Click this arrow to complete the task, view documents added to the task, or delete the task.


 

Filter All Tasks


Filter tasks added to all matters to view tasks that meet certain criteria. Click the filter button, select a filter, and add it. See this article for more information.

Note: Click Reset Table to reset this table to only display the current user's tasks.

There are two options for adding filters:


a. And filter: Click the plus button next to the Filter Condition field to select an And filter. This filters the list of tasks to include tasks that meet all selected conditions.
b. Or filter: Click the or button next to the Filter Condition field to select an Or filter. This filters the list of tasks to include tasks that meet any of the selected conditions.
