Keep Track of Qualified Cases with the Qualified Field


The Qualified field on an intake allows you to keep track of qualified intakes and automate the process to set the intake as qualified. By default, completing any questionnaire on the intake automatically checks the Qualified box.
 

Why use this field?

Use this field to capture data about the time it takes leads to be qualified and enhance your process with this knowledge. Build reports to track information on time to qualification and begin to understand how long it takes your firm to qualify leads and transform them into cases.
