This is step four in the process to send questionnaire answers from intake records on Litify. Review the earlier steps and the introduction to this guide before building this alert. Review Salesforce documentation about Email Alerts before creating them.
1. Navigate to Setup.
2. Search for "email alerts" and select it.
3. In All Email Alerts, click New Email Alert.
4. Complete the Email Alert window.
a. Describe the alert.
b. Name the alert: Send_Questionnaire_Email_Alert.
c. Select the Questionnaire Email template we created in the email template guide.
d. Select the users who will receive this email alert.
e. Enter up to five additional email addresses to be notified.
f. Click Save.
5. You can now use this alert with processes, flows, workflow rules, approval processes, or entitlement processes.
