Issue: A single user is not able to see Related Lists or Answers on an object or record. For example, a user is not able to see the matters related list on an intake.
Solution: Make these related lists available in user settings.
If this solution does not work, review the user's object permissions in his or her profile and permission set.
1. In User Settings, search for customize my pages under the quick find box
2. Navigate to Customize My Pages.
3. Select the object and click Customize Page.
4. Select lists from the Available List section and click Add to add them to the Select List section. Click Save.
These lists will now be visible on your intakes page if you have the correct object permissions.
