You might encounter this issue when importing data or updating records with restricted picklists. This occurs primarily due to issues with state formats on the Case State field on intakes. To solve this issue:
1. Add N/A as a picklist value to the relevant record type(s).
2. Navigate to Object Manager > Intake > Fields & Relationships > Case State. Scroll down to the list of values and activate the N/A value. If this value is not present, add the value and activate it.
