Setup Reminders on Default Matter Tasks

You can add task reminders in Default Matter Tasks within your Matter Plans. These reminders will automatically be set on task that are autogenerated by Matter Stages. Adding reminders to your firm's tasks helps agents stay on top of important action items. 

How to Setup Reminders on Tasks

  1. Navigate to App Launcher > Matter Plans

  2. Select a [Matter Plan Name].
  3. Select a [Matter Stage Name]
  4. Select a [Default Matter Task Name].
  5. Enable Set Reminder.

  6. Define a Value and Operator for the reminder.
  7. Save.
