Latest Version: 2.6.8
Release Date: June 8, 2021
The Docrio Desktop App, formerly the Docrio Electron App, sees several improvements with its latest release (not least of which gaining a more intuitive name). The main item found within this update centers around improved error logging, which allows you to export error logs when things go wrong with the desktop app. For more information on these updates, please see our dedicated article.
The Docrio Desktop App should ALWAYS be upgraded before Docrio.
New Name, Same Great App
We felt it was time for a change. Henceforth (and until we change our minds) the Docrio Electron App is now simply known as the Docrio Desktop App. Continue (or start) using this app today to upload files seamlessly from your local folders into Docrio via DocAssign, or quickly update Docrio files using One Click Edit.
We’ve also updated the related Docrio Desktop app articles on our site to be consistent with the new name. You can find links to these articles in the Related Articles section below.
Updated Error Logging
We get it, when things don’t work properly you want to know why. We’ve taken this idea to heart when working on the latest version of our Docrio Desktop app. Now it’s possible to view and download error logs. Learn more about this process in our related article.
