Some Users have reported an issue where Global Images are not being saved upon upload within the Docrio Document Generation screen.
Resolution Steps
In order to resolve this issue, first confirm that all steps from the Docrio V2 Post Install Instructions have been completed. If after completing the post-install steps this issue persist, contact a local administrator so that they can confirm the following:
- Ensure the picklist value labelled Image for the Merge Input Data Types field contains a lowercase "i" for the API field as described below.
