Allowlist Litify Inbox IP Addresses and Resources

Litify Inbox operates via a set of restricted IP addresses. These addresses point to the Azure Servers which Litify Inbox uses to connect to Litify and mail servers.

Why is Allowlisting Litify Inbox IP Addresses Important?

Allowlisting Litify Inbox IP addresses is important because users will not be able to use Litify Inbox if the Litify Inbox Server IP address is blocked—either by Litify Network Access Policies or by a corporate Firewall.

When Should I Allowlist Litify Inbox IP Addresses?

Litify Inbox IP Addresses should be whitelisted in the following cases:

  • If a Firm opens access to Litify only to trusted IP addresses;
  • If User Profiles have login IP ranges defined;
  • If a Firm has a Firewall to filter traffic and block unauthorized access.
